Who Called: Sgt Marvin Durant of Jefferson Cnty Sheriffs Office

That I have a bench warrant out for failure to appear in court and that the subpoena that I was sent must have been delivered to my neighbor. Could not state what the case was about (defendant or plaintiff) or why I was subpoenaed.

Who Called: Sergeant Durant

Said he was from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department and there was an urgent legal matter he needed to discuss with me but wouldn't talk to my attorney when he called him back directly. Called the actual Sheriff's Department and they confirmed no one by the name Durant works there and this is a scam that has been happening frequently lately. Don't give this guy any information!

Who Called: Sargent Marvin Durant Jefferson County Sherrifs office

He said I had 3 citations and was served a subpoena and failed to appear. He had my addresss. He had names of judges, citation numbers. He also used words as "covering his ***", He asked if I wanted to talk to his Captain.
