That I have a bench warrant out for failure to appear in court and that the subpoena that I was sent must have been delivered to my neighbor. Could not state what the case was about (defendant or plaintiff) or why I was subpoenaed.

Said he was from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department and there was an urgent legal matter he needed to discuss with me but wouldn't talk to my attorney when he called him back directly. Called the actual Sheriff's Department and they confirmed no one by the name Durant works there and this is a scam that has been happening frequently lately. Don't give this guy any information!

He said I had 3 citations and was served a subpoena and failed to appear. He had my addresss. He had names of judges, citation numbers. He also used words as "covering his ***", He asked if I wanted to talk to his Captain.

I had received a call from an unknown ‭number (303) 351-5566‬ after 9:30 pm. I thought no one should be calling after 8:00 pm local time. I did not pickup the phone and let it go to voice-mail. They didn’t leave a message.

iPhone User Just got the call, said name was Justin and was calling back about a recent survey I filled out. I told him I haven't filled out any surveys. He said I did and I checked that I was interested in "job opportunities." I told him he had the wrong person as I have no idea what he was talking about. He then gave a sing-songy "goodbyeeeeee" and ended the call. Bizarre.

These folks call about once a week but the caller ID is not always the same. Really frustrating. I don't answer calls from unknown numbers and they never leave a message. I get over a dozen of these robocalls every week. They need to be held accountable.

I got a call from this number and he told me that he nows where I live and he put a threat on me. He call back three time and he stated he will always call back. This is a middle eastern male voice and he is messing with the wrong number.....
