Anonymous Probably Scam or Spam

recorded message, BS about non-hodgekins lyphomia and an alleged pending lawsuit, blah blah blah

Calls continue several times daily.   Have even told them the person being called had overdosed and died.    None the less, the calls continue daily.   How can I stop them in their tracks. I too note that the voice is a middle east type way of speaking.   He calls me by my daughters name, like a good friend would.   Not professional, furthermore,  I get very angry with the callers, be they male or female!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called today and did not leave a message

They charged my mom's account $33 in Dec 2007. Does anyone have any information on how to find these people. The reverse lookup for the phone number says Denver CO
