JustMe I have gotten repeated phone calls from this "Medical Compensation Service Department". From New York to Denver and now Texas. I can't get them to stop calling. When I tell them to remove my number they begin to curse me out and call me names. It's not even like you can block the number. They will call from a different one. Today 4/17/14) it was Texas 512-722-3426. Yesterday it was a different TX number - 281-296-1771 On Tuesday it was Virginia - 703-761-9600 Monday it was Illinois - 618-988-0276 On the 9th it was Colorado - 303-923-1050 Literally can't get away from them. I'm on the do not call list too.

I have asked these people to stop calling me several times, I have not had surgery, I do not have Diabetes and I have not have a baby after take Zoloft. The apparently do not speak enough English to understand no and go away.

Tammy I received a call yesterday 4/9/2014 at 1024 am the caller with a thick accent with american name, said that the health department told his team that I had surgery with something to do with the bladder, that I could get some money, I have never had any of that type of surgery, I really believe this is spam call

I keep getting calls from them. Now I just say "yes, please send me my money" and they hang up immediately.

Peggy The caller had an accent from India, he went on to tell me he from the Department of Medical Administration and I stopped before he could go any further, because he called 2 days ago from an Unavailable number, same voice and accent, I said you Idiot! you better stop call my number or I will file charges against you!

Mike I spoke to a man with a heavy Indian accent. They've called twice, looking for my wife. Asked about surgeries she "supposedly" had. Said that if they got her qualified, she could get a large financial settlement. Also said they got this info from my state's Health Dept. (They got the state right.) I asked if he was calling from an attorney's office and he said "No.". When I asked where they were located, he said "Atlanta, GA". When I asked why the phone number came up as a Denver Area phone number, he hung up.

Sandra Received a call from Martin Bell, said he was calling from State Health Medical Department. Said I was entitled to medical compensation based on a surgery I had a long time ago. He then listed the various surgerys and asked if I had any of them. Then he began to list various medications and asked if I had taken any of these drugs during my pregency.

Pat Moffat I have registered my phone number as a do not call cell phone and I am still getting calls from these folks. In addition, I have gone to a site to take my name off of their list.

B.Smiley Just as a follow up to my message from 4/30/2008 (2 above), since pressing '8' at the end of the message, I have not received any more calls.  That was about a month ago, so I think it worked.

Cyndi They just called my home phone and then my work phone (I work at home). I tried calling the number back and it was just a message that said if I received an insurance offer and I didn't want to receive anymore calls to go to www.fmgdnc.com.  The link in the previous messages just takes me to some random search engine sites.

B.Smiley I finally listened to the entire message.  At the end it gives an option to remove them from your list.  One option is a website (didn't write it down, but it's probably the one metioned above).  Another option was to press '8', which I did.I like that option better because they obviously have my phone number already, but sending my phone number to a website is riddled with unknown security issues.So, my suggestion, is to listen to the message, then press '8' at the end when it gives you the option.

Greg Receive calls about 1x/wk on my verizon cell phone.  No messages left.  I don't return calls like that.  Hope that the caller breaks finger and quits calling.

Richard I have received this call several times. After looking at these comments, I see where I am not alone! Today, I got another and answered it...it was a recruiting call from some insurance firm. I hung up too early...should have returned a call to this place on their contact number and gotten off their call list. You may wish to do this next time you get a call. By the way, I am also on a do not call list. Does little good.

Rhonda this number has been calling me for months!  Every time I go to call the number back I get the message to go to the website.  When I'm driving down the road I can't go to a website.  I don't even have my insurance license and I am registered on the national do not call list.

Lex I just got a call and they left a voicemail it was something about a "webinar" seminar on the web. And it had to do with health care...idk if im getting the call cuz i used to work for health insurance, but who knows i just know its really annoying.

Evan Telemarketer calling on my personal cell phone, which in my understanding is illegal. My cell phone # is also on the Do Not Call list, even though this should be unnecessary. They don't care about legalities. Criminal organizations like this need to be put out of business as they waste huge amounts of time and resources to get there one sale from hundreds or thousands of calls.

Polly I also have begun receiving calls from this number. I don't often answer calls from unknown numbers, and was curuious as well. I don't usually even hear the call coming in, I just have it listed as a missed call. Strange.
