Lindsey I also was just called from this number by soemone name Cheyenne about a payday loan I paid back years ago but say I now owe $2,000+ and will be imprisoned if I do not make a payment arrangement with them. But when I asked for do***entation to be mailed to me, she ***g up and wished my GOOD LUCK.

They call leaving a message they are filing ligation a***nst me but never say my name they said they are calling from the fraud dept

I'm on the DNC list. Call Swan Energy TOLL FREE at THEIR home office number at 1-866-539-0860 and tell the home office staff how YOU don't appreciate being COLD CALLED when you're on the DNC List!!

Rick Jones Annettte and John, they are calling here as well.  They say they are from Swan Energy, Denver but no address.  I reported them to the State Attorney Generals Office but with no address it is hard to trace.  These SOBs  call several times a day.  We finally went on the national no call list

D.R. Rcvd call fr this number requesting my brother by name, ***ular head of our company.  Unwilling to talk to me at all.  Number is one up from an earlier call today with the same request and same response. same voice on the phone.  First number (303-951-820} listed as SEI according to caller ID.  This number (303-951-8208) listed as Swan Inc.  Got to believe this is a scam of some type.
