Big time scammer. Dudes name Kevin Miller from Miami, Florida and he is a ruthless collections agent. He does not mind violating the law or ruthlessly harassing you constantly non stop not caring who he bothers. I'd like to meet him face to face!!

Chebat is CEO of Account Discovery Systems and WNYC LLC. He is likely a prin****l in the other firms he has named after himself. An "office" for John H. Chebat and Account Discovery Systems is in Amherst NY (Buffalo NY metro area) with address 495 Commerce Dr. "Suite" 2, Amherst NY 14228. This is a FedEX/Kinkos or similar storefront. An additional mail drop is at Phillips Lyttle LLP, 3400 HSBC Center, Buffalo NY 14203. Account Discovery Systems also has an office listed at 80 Garden Center, "Suite" 3, Broomfield, CO 80020. They have a registration number of 991698 with the Colorado Secretary of State. Many calls over 2 weeks between 7am and 9am. Caller left 2+ minute dead air messages, or was silent when I picked up. Today when I picked up, a robot played a recording of a male voice claiming a name of "Account Discovery Services" (sic) with computer voice saying the call was for an unintelligible name which is not my name, and giving me the option to call an unintelligible 8** number or press 0. 0 resulted in 8 trips through a ringring/attendantsbusy cycle, followed by a woman answering "ADS". I asked for the full name and address of her firm. Eventually I learned base is New York, and the firm is called "Account Discovery Systems", but she would not give an address. Her repeated claim that they didn't know what number they were harassing was untruthful, because this was a call they originated, and further, she s****ed referring to me as a name that is not mine. Nasty scammers.
