This annoying call seems to come from Bluefield, WV. If you have Verizon and receive more than 5 calls from this number within 5 days, Verizon can block it. My gut reaction: do not answer/respond. Just erase.

this numer calling me on  my cell phone , same thing saying warranty on my car expired. I hit 1 and they put me on hold for 5 minutes. then I call back and its disconnected. okay waht kind of a scam is this, if they want to sell so****ing then why are they putting you on hold then diconnected so****ing fishy here get about 5 of these a day tired of it

Car warrenty scam stating that the warrenty on my car is about to expire and I can purchase an extended warrenty. Always an automated message that directs you to connect to a represen***ive by dialing 1. I dialed 1 to have them stop calling me and take my number off the list and they said that they would comply. But I'm still receiving the pesty calls.

Receiving calls from this number multiple times, last time 7/29/08 at 9:16 am. One time last week the caller tried to tell me the warrenty on my car was running out. I don't have a car with a warrenty.

Everyone needs to file a complaint with the FCC. It only takes a few minutesWrite down the date and time of the call (if you have it), the number that shows up on your caller ID, and go to: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm  to file a complaint.  File a complaint for every one of the numbers that comes up on your phone.Next time you get somebody on the phone, be very polite and tell them you are interested and can they give you the name of the company before they transfer you to a salesperson..thank them, and also ask them their name.  Write it down and include all of this information in your FCC complaint.  The FCC complaint form is very simple to fill out.  If everyone s****s filing complaintS maybe this company will get shut down.  What they are doing is illegal.  They also always use someone else's telephone number for showing up on your caller ID, so that you cannot trace t*****lease, file a complaint.

No message left.  Have been getting spam calls claiming that my auto warranty is about to expire.  It's a scam because my car is 10 years old and the warranty ran out years ago.

Received calls,  rang and rangs and rangs if you do not answer.  Can not call back.  I'm getting car warranty calls all the time and any amount of requesting the calls to stop is useless.  Suggest air boat horn to ****n in to receiver when you get someone on the line, haven't done it yet, can't find my air horn.

Got multiple calls with partial VM left. If I callthem back I get disconnected message.

Just received a call from them, (didn't answer) on my Cell 7/29/08 1220P

I know where they got my number from . Skype is obviously giving it to these people as it's the only people other than my family that have my number. Today I gace Skype my number and suddenly I got a call from them within 2 hours. Coincidence??? NOPE!

Received call from this number on my cell and all i got was dead air..no sales pitch!! I called the number back and was told line was disconnected, i then called the number a***n from a different phone and got through to a Shirley Vernon who told me that here internet service shadow calls for some reason when  she checks her e-mail. Don't know if anyone has had the same experience?

More calls today 07/29/08.  Illegal on many fronts:  S**** CallerID, Calling Federal DNC's, abandoning calls, not providing a valid callback number for DNC requests.   IF the FTC hadn't become a useless lapdog, they would be enforcing the existing laws more than onice per year.

have a cop trace the line; the caller id registers a disconected number. (they used a s**** card)  tracing the line will work though.  Then once the true iden***y is revealed; lock 'em up.

Well i have been recieving this scam call before i got my liscence, and still don't have a car!  Next time they call i won't **** up before speaking to a representative.  when calling back it said the number was disconected!  i'll wait.  dad spoke to a woman.  she asked for the mn and yr of car... lol... after saying it was a '01 nissan, she ***g up on my dad.  i'm waiting to speak to tell them that next time they call I'll let my lawyer speak to them; that repetive calling is harrassment; and that i'll frivilously spend money on an expensive lawyer to sue ther****3$!

This is about the third time I got a call from them. Spoke with someone about the legality of their phone calls. He s****ed to get really smart mouth with me when I s****ed asking alot of questions.

I just got 2 calls from this number today...some nonsense about my car warranty. How are they getting our cell phone numbers?!?!

They call me about once a month saying that my car warrenty is up. Total Scam. Watch out!

I googled the number and as many others that have had this problem it seems to me there must be so****ing that we can do.

I get these every month or so, BU***HIT!  That s**t should be illegal.  When I lived in Colorado I never got them, but in Texas they come far too often to be acceptable.  Let's hope McCain or Obama can do so****ing about this *******.

Car warranty nonsense. I don't even own a car! I get calls about every other week from these a**-hats.

I also get calls about twice a week from this number.  It's wasting my UNLISTED cell phone minutes!  There must be a way to stop or report this?

Car Warranty scam using s**** number 304-324-8040.  Same deal as past 10 calls from other s****ed numbers.  Called a cell phone, requests to be removed from calling list do not work, etc.
