32603090 Steve Jones from Fraternal Order of Police in Clarksburg, wv, soliciting for monetary donations for a camp.  Says it is run by Lt jg Matheny, and the camp is a Jr. Police Academy.  How did they get our cell phone numbers?  Is this legal?
