calls and calls, never leaves a voice mail. I had to block the number to make him/her stop calling

They just said "I'm in a conference call meeting right now, can't talk on the phone but let me know if you got my text".

This person is complaining...he's calling me, asking for a ficticous character, when my answering ma****e clearly states my female name.
