Texting about broken needles and hospital visit.

They called looking for a person I do not know

Called twice and didn't leave a message. Called back, no answer.

Called them back. They are trying to sell credit monitoring service.

Call twice. Didn't say anything when I answered and does not leave a message.

This phone number calls once or twice a day and never leaves a message, half the time they don't say anything when you answer and they never say anything on voicemail. They also do not respond when you tell them not to call.
