Anonymous Pretended to be a Landowner. He asked me to sell "His land" and collect the proceeds of the sale. He made up an email containing the landowner's full name at icloud.com. Since I did not know this person I ask for proof of ownership with a photo of his driver's license. His communication stopped. Two weeks later another agent from an hour away actually listed the property.
