Spammer sent me a text offering to buy junk cars

I have repeatedly called and texted back asking them to stop sending me spam messages, however they continue to send messages. How can I block them?

this idiot keeps sending me texts!!!

They hacked my yahoo email account, it seems it may be a call from Google Voice possibly. Just what I wanted to receive, (being sarcastic here) another "get rich quick scam".

Received junk car spam , called them to request being taken off of their list, they ***g up on me three times and blocked my phone number
