Leave a CommentKeep getting calls but don't answer the phone. They **** up on my voicemail without leaving a message.
I have had these people call me several times. My husband and I do not even have any student loans out there. We have either had grants or scholarships. So, I asked to be off of the call list a couple of days ago and the lady ***g up on me.. very rude.. so... I call her back and she answers asking if I was "jane doe" (just inserting another name there!), I said yes.. I don't have any loans will she please take me - CLICK-... ok then.. I called her back once more and she answered the same way. She asked if my name was correct and I yes "YES! Before you are too rude to listen to me and **** up.. I need to tell you so****ing. Are you still there? ok good.. before you get a job as a customer representative, please learn some manners. You called me and I took time out of what I was doing to answer and talk to you. But you ***g up on me.. TWICE! Please.. take me off your call list and c****e that at***ude." she said "ok sdfshdfisufd (whatever fast thing she said) BYE." Just rude.
received a call saying that they are there to help you get your student loans forgiven. They go thru a long drawn out story about if you qualify you will pay only $233.00 for the 1st 3 months then nothing after that. So really as to how is this possible. Then they ask for your student aid pin# and ss#. Not sure if this is even legal. But didn't give them this info.
