Same experience with this slimeball. The units are horribly filthy. there is a bedbug infestation. After the problem is discovered this poor excuse for a human doesn't pick up the phone. His home number, btw, is 305-332-2904. You can call there as well to tell him what you think. Oh, according to Florida Department of Buisiness and Professional Regulation his business license is lapsed, so I'm trying to bring charges of fraud a***nst him for running an unlicensed business.

Allen is an a**hole. I rented from him years ago and he pulls a huge scam by not giving back the deposit. He will find a reason to keep most of it. Dont allow it to happen. His primary residence is in Winston Towers. ***t that rotten teeth midwest idiot down.... Also, his apts are never cleaned, they have roaches and bed bugs.
