"Sam" claimed to be from Microsoft Windows Technical support, and there was clearly call center chatter in the background. Interesting. My computer runs Linux. He didn't seem to even understand when I told him that but just kept reading his script.

Company name on my caller ID: Allied Interstate (Fake Name). Man w/foreign accent claimed to be from Microsoft and wanted remote access of my PC to fix the problems with my Windows system. I wanted to **** him off so I told him that I didn't have access to my computer. I could have my IT person call him back. He kept rambling on about needing access to my PC. I asked him 3 times for his phone number and them there was silence.... he ***g up on me.

Company name is Allied Interstate, LLC, supposedly out of north Dade County, FL. and supposedly a debt collector. Given I owe zippo and know no one by their name, this is obviously spam, possibly a robocaller. No message left. Recorded, reported to police department.

This number shows up on my caller id but when I answer the phone it is my family from Germany!anyone else having that experience?

The next time they call, just answer then don't say anything, just hit the star, pound ****on then star pound ****on a***n and a***n. That will mess up their system.

I got a call from this number,, the caller id said Allied Interstate,,, the guy says,, Hi I'm so n so from windows,, we've been getting alot of error messages from your computer,,, Then he insists I go on my computer so he could have remote viewing,, of which he says he can fix it,,, I told him no,,, I'll handle things myself,,,, and I ***g up on him,,, this is obvious a scammer,,,,, Windows does not make calls,, how ****** do they think I am.

A man called Stating that the government selected me to give me $9,000.00 because I had excellent credit. They needed my account to deposit my money. The first time their number was blocked. I terminated the call and the second time they called with Caller ID 305-356-9999. The lie he told me was about my credit, that I never went into bankruptcy, reason why I was selected. Well I just coming out of bankruptcy so its a lie. I told him and I ****-up. It was a prank. I asked for him not to call any more and terminated the call.

I NO LONGER answer my cell phone unless I recognize the phone number. This person keeps calling me multiple times in a day. I do not answer the phone when they call. They do NOT leave me a message. If someone calls me and I do not answer my phone … if they wanted to talk to me they would leave me a phone number or a message and ask me to call them back. If someone calls and does not leave me a message, then I****ume they did not want to talk to me. THIS IS SPAM!!!

The man spoke spanish and knew my name (I suppose because the # is listed in my name) Kept calling me his aunt and to guess who he was. I said "Aunt?" then he c****ed it to cousin and kept asking me to guess who he was and said he was family that I had in Mexico and we havent spoken in years. Told him to tell me who he was before I **** up. He said nothing. so I ***g up. Strange. Should have ***g up sooner. Not sure what the angle was. SPammers for sure.

I dunno exactly but as long as I was readin' the other websites' comments on this issue, I get to know sth (but still I'm not sure about it, consider it as a theory). I dun think where it belongs to but the thing which is clear to me now that if even ur friends are callin u from a Different Country this may happen. This man called me with the name Zahid. he said he is a retailor from dish network...the next day I received this call a***n and i asked him for his cell number because I thought I may need his number to contact dish network so he gave me this number to contact him: 201-793-7070. But i truly think they are all fraud people!!

This call was accompanied by 7 others--some had 11 digit numbers, others were "unavailable." They called so many times (I was away from the phone) that I knew it must be a scam. I blocked this number with verizon's block, but couldn't block the others. They seem to make many calls within a matter of minutes. I won't answer the phone, but reading this stuff creeps me out... How is it that this stuff is allowed to happen for YEARS from the same number?

We have been called by this number several times a day. They will not leave a message and request to speak with our accounts department. I suspect that it is a credit card services company, we receive two or three calls a day from these companies and when you ask to be removed from their calling list, they often **** up before you can finish your sentence. I guess that cons***utes not asking to be removed!?

He was a man who spoke Spanish and the man began to insult me for no reason. the man asked for my name right, which I did not respond, and then continued to insult. Im selling a car on craigslist and i got a call from this number i answered it and could barely understand what the man was saying because he had a thick accent like India or Spanish i don't know or care. He said he was calling about my car i'm selling on craigslist and he asked me if i spoke spanish..i think? and i just kept saying "what" because honestly i don't give a s**t accents are annoying as f*** he then offered me 5k for my car and i said "well when do you want to get it" and then it cut off i tried to call it back several times and it went to all busy thing.. whatever then i looked it up and found all this s**t. these people need to get **** in the face and die. i dont appreciate disgusting ***** creepy spanish accent speaking men calling my f***ing phone. I received two calls from this number (305 356 9999) one right after the other.  I was in a meeting and couldn't answer.  When I called back the line stayed open, no dial tone, no ringing, no nothing.  THe area code says it's from Miami.

We got several calls last night from this # and also 416-364-1114. They won't answear except for saying Mexcio, Mexcio, also asked for abeil. The Spanish speaking person spelled this name for me. It was late at night and was scary as I thought that someone needed help.

i just got a call from this number, in spanish. the lady said the equivalent of good afternoon several times and when i replied she said she was a social worker from california and she wanted to help me. i kinda panicked and said no hablo bien which is basically i don't speak well, and she said in english "ok. bye bye" and ***g up. when i called back there was no ringing and no one picked up, no message, nothing.

It is a number used by call center some in India and other locations.  Do not answer and put it in your block list it is a waste of time.  They call to waste your time. They may pretend to be head ***ters and they do so so that you believe you will get a job soon and pay what ever debt you have out standing.

The person had a spanish accent and asked my husband if he spoke Spanish... Maybe because he had answered the phone speaking English (As, we are caucasion, English speaking, people), but he does speak some Spanish.. He told the lady in Spanish that he speaks a little Spanish and then she ***g up on him... I tried to call the number back and it wouldn't even ring! It said it was calling but the line was silent.. I received a call from this number and it's a number from a prepaid international calling card.

I had almost 50 missed calls from this number in one night.  I couldn't sleep because I got nervous thinking someone was harassing me.  I answered twice and could not understand the person on the other line.  Their voice was really creepy.
