Got a call at 11am 28th Apr 2009 from 305-382-1991, recorded message says that this is the credit card comany trying to reach me to lower my rates, and this is the final call (never got a call before). Pressed 1 to speak to  "Jason". I immediatly recogonized that this was a scam call, and asked for his company name, address and phone number. He claims he does not know where he works from, not even the city!!!, company name is "Service Center" and that they do not have an incoming phone numbner. I told him I would be reporting to fcc so I need the info, and he says that I should provide him with my name and phone number instead, so they could purge my number from the system. I refused to give him any info and he ***g up on me. I called back the number on caller ID, and got a message that the number was invalid or disconnected.

I didn't bother to even pick it up this time.  I too am on the Do Not Call list to which they simply ignore.

these folks called this morn, and BOY did we have fun with them. the gal on the otherside allowed us to berate her for 12 minites before WE got bord. We tried to get HER information as to how much credit debt she had so WE could save HER money. we HARRASED this "southern drawl" lady for the whole conversation,,,, AND SHE TOOK I***URN THE TABLES PEOPLE!! push the ****on to get to a live person, and play thier game. Just harrass them as much as possible. take as MUCH of thier time as you can afford.

They keep calling, when I answer there is a recording saying " we have tried numerous times to contact you, tis is the final offer to lower your credit card interest". We have no credit card interest.

Calls often-No caller ID - Ignored unwanted call.

I keep receiving calls from this number.  Today, i asked which card they were referring to and they ***g up on me.  Yes****ay, my husband asked to be take off their list and they ***g up on him.  Both times, when we tried to call them back, we got the operator and a message saying the number was disconnected.

Just received a phone call from this number stating that it was my "last chance to lower my credit card interest rate"  I asked them who they were, she said "credit card services".  I asked for which card, she s****ed to mutter so****ing, told the people behind her.. "y'all better leave me alone" and then ***g up.

Call from this number the other day. I'm tired of these calls and messages left about lowering credit card rates. When is this s**t going to stop ????? These people can go f*** themselves........

They called me tonight.I don`t pick up if I do not recognize who is calling.Figured it was a scam call.Checking with this site confirmed it.SO****ING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THESE IDIOTS!What is it with Florida, anyway? Most of  the nuisance calls I get originate in Florida!

They have been calling me nonstop, 5 times just today, and do not leave a message. I am so tired of it.

As others have claimed, these people keep calling regarding credit card rates. When I tried calling back, a recorder came on stating that ""the number I dialed has been disconnected or no longer in service". So how are these people allowed to do business when in actuality they are harrasing us?

call from 3053821991 from miami, fl recorded message was , this is a courtesy call from your credit card company, we have been trying to reach you with an offer to lower your credit card rate, press one to talk to a rep and press two and your lower rate will expire. i just ***g up and also reported to the do not call registry.  I am also on the dncr but it doesnt seem to matter. I have been receiving numerous unwanted calls since i switched to comcast phone services, before that i had qwest and it seemed to die down but now i truly believe that someone(for a profit) has put our home phone numbers on a list and they have sold it. I too am unlisted and I pay the extra fee to be unlisted???? wish i had some form of bailout, if not bailout, some form of protection by the government.

I get a call almost every day from the same company. An Automated system asking me if I want to save money on my credit cards. Press 1 to speak to a operator, press 2 to be removed from their list. Press 2 does nothing, as they just call back. So I press 1, and tell them I want taken off their list and before I can even say "Take" they **** up on me. So last night I pretended to talk in an old mans voice, and the telemarketer said "sir you need to clear your f..ing throat". Still using an old man voice, I said "hello,*****o, I cant hear you let me turn my hearing aide up". That got them very interested and then a guy came on the line. I kept talking in the old man voice and they wanted me to purchase $3000 dollars worth of so****ing. I said "can you do me a favor" and they said "sure anything", then I talked in my normal voice and Told them to put me on their Do Not Solicit List. Woah boy that was like stiring up a**** of bee's both the lady and the guy s****ed cussing at me. I did a *69 on them and got this number 305-382-1991. The number wont let me call back. I did a reverse lookup on the number and got a address in Florida. Anybody else have this problem?

These people keep calling, sometimes after 9pm with the same deal about lowering my credit card rates. They keep saying its my final call/chance. What the***** good is the Do Not Call list if these people ignore it???

I got a call from this and when I pressed 1 to talk to a CSR they ***g up on me when I asked why they were calling me.

I'm tired of getting these calls.  Today I pressed 1 and they said the company name is Credit Services and to stop the calls , press 1 a***n otherwise they will keep coming.  I ***g up.

I'm keeping track of the date and time these people call my number, and soon as they do I go straight to dnc on line and file a complain. It's been going on for about 2 months and I've had 28 calls from them in this time period. They always **** up on my face when I kindly ask them to remove me from their list. My phone # has been on the dnc list for the past 4 years and I never had problems. This is the first time I've been harrassed with these non sense calls.

Filing a complaint with the FTC take only a couple of minutes. The more complaints the greater the chance of getting the agentcy to take action.

We use vonage as we're currently living in Germany.  They called at 8:00 p.m eastern time!  That makes it 2:00 a.m. here!  We too are out of debt, and on the National dnc list!  This is ridiculous

I am completely out of debt. Why do I need lower my interest rates?  These people are idiots and are pushing the limits of the do not call list.I put them on my call block. Voila! No more calls from these fools :))

Call the BBB, write the FTC and contact the Attorney General of your state

They called during the dinner hour and we too are on the DNC registry and have an unlisted number.  The recorder took the call and they ***g up once they realized we were not on.  You should and I will report this to the FTC, FCC, Better Business Bureau and if we figure out where they are calling from we should contact the state attorney general and file a complaint.

This number called a***n this morning with a "warning about my credit card rate". I pressed "1" to speak to a representative and a woman came on. She asked if I was calling about my rates.  I replied, "No, thank you.  Please remove my number..." and she ***g up before I could finish.  This has happened before. The next time they call I'll press "1" a***n and I'll have my boat's portable air horn ready to blast them.

Same nonsense about "last chance" to lower your credit card interest rate, etc. I told the guy he had called a number on the Federal Do Not Call list, and he just ignored me and kept right on talking. Made a complaint to the Do Not Call website.

Got this called asked what service they worked for. Was "Credit Service" asked for a website to visit for background information said they don't have permission to give it out. Said if they worked for the company why couldn't they give it out? After awhile of asking they just ***g up. Calling the FBI in Florida and reporting to the FCC about this.
