Leave a CommentReceived a call, from Francesca Ormeno... Nueratel or Nuera Telecom. They don't care about the do-not-call list. They have been calling for 2 years, and I keep reporting t*****lease, get all the information and report them, and eventually they will be fined and will stop calling us.Report them at: https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/plt-cmp-engGet basic info: Telemarketer's name, Telemarketer's phone, Day and time of the call.
I got a call from them today saying Buenos Nochos, I do understand a little bit of Spanish I wasnt going to s**** speaking it because I know it would be a pointless call. So am like am sorry you have the wrong number and then i got the **** up love it.
Asked me if I spoke spanish, I said NO (although I speak spanish) and they ****ed up on me. I'm on the DNCL. It doesn't work with these idiots.
Last night the called me a***n and I asked to speak with the supervisor. A person called Ricardo Sarmiento or so****ing answered. I tried to explain to him that I asked repeatedly to be removed from their database, he was defensive from the get go, speaking loud and asking me: "Do you work? Well this is our job!" (As a thief or a spammer are jobs too but the right to work doesn't justify it) At some point of the conversation I gave him the "Seinfeld", I said: "Look, we're not getting anywhere and I have stuff to do, why don't you give me your home number and I call you later".- He said: "No I won't. Why do you want my home number?" And I told him: "Oh, you don't want people calling you at home, right? Well, now you how I feel" (I'm not kidding) Finally he told me that in order to stop receiving calls from "all telemarketers" (they're the only ones who call) I have to get my number unlisted from the white pages AKA 411Ca***a. I told him that using that to sell ******* not only is wrong but it's probably a***nst the law and that I won't do that. I wrote to 411 explaining the situation, I plan to write a complaint with the Telecommunications Commission and I advice you to do likewise. 411Ca***a has a disclaimer at the bottom of their website stating that "Use of the information in Ca***a411 for commercial or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited" I think this is a serious issue and I hope you don't let them get away with this by complaining with the Tele Commission and not just dodging the call. Next time they call you, don't **** up or take it up with the poor guy who is making like $9 an hour, ask for the supervisor, get back some info you can use to stop them and give them the "Seinfeld". Have a good one.
they keep calling me and my parents house as well askin in spanish if we speak spanish when we say no they **** up no idea what they want but they KEEP calling its being going on for 2 or 3 years now. you would think they would get that we speak english by now!!! they call 5-10 times in a few months then stop for a couple months and then they s**** a***n...
HelloI have been receiving calls from this number for the last 2 months.... I'm on the Do-not-call list, and every time I explain this to the person who calls they just seem puzzled and don't understand about what I'm talking about (or pretend to)This company sells phone long distance plans and is called NORATEL from Quebec. The last two times I let the person do the whole introduction, then, before answering any question, I asked his/her name, the name of the company, the phone number of the company, and I recorded date/time of the callNow I got all the required information to report them, and have them fined for ignoring the Do-not-call List!!! Call 1 866 580 3625 to report these peopleIf you speak spanish, do not ***g up on them, but ask them those questions and report this company!!!
a woman on the other end asked for my husband in spanish. the noise in the background sounded like a massive call center. I told her that needed to speak in English and I ***g up. Lately I've gotten calls (all Spanish speaking) trying to sell me long distance call packages. I guess my name sounds spanish, and these people get a phone list and pick off the names that may be spanish. Interestly, I'm on the "Do not call" list in Ca***a, but this hasn't stopped US telemarketers from calling me. it actually seemed to increase the calls.....interesting.
I just got a call from the above number and they asked if I spoke spanish.
called but ***g up before it even rang, i just saw the call for a split second and then it was a missed call
