Bug in my computer

They left a message that so****ing was wrong with my computer and don't use it till they fix it. I received the same message from a different number a few weeks ago.

Someone on google said that number was an unsafe call

Did say they detect a virus in my Windows software....... I asked them how they got into my computer wouldn't answer kept telling me I brought the product from them then claims to to shut me down. This is a scam I have never asked for their help.
