Keep getting calls. Called Cigna claim they know nothing about it.

keep getting robocalls from this number identifying themselves as cigna, whom i recently signed up with for healthcare. cigna denies it is them so now i am worried they are either selling my information or their database has been hacked. either way, if the calls persist i will be cancelling my cigna policy and finding another provider.
