Since it was Sunday morning at 8:45 AM I picked up the phone and slammed it right down and blocked the number.

Trying to collect a debt from an unnamed person.

Claim to be debt collectors offering a good deal for settling the "debt" on line. Obviously a scam since they don't know the name of whom they are calling or any other specifics.
