wants money for a payday loan that i never had. told me to.get an attorney.

Keeps calling my sister constantly saying she took out a loan online & they need the phone number to her attorney.

This number calls constantly I have answered before and they say I owe them money for a payday loan I took ( I have never had a payday loan). They threaten police action (not likely since what they are saying is that I owe them money which is a civil matter), and get very rude.

threatening over a debt collection - says I need to retain an attorney. Kind of freaky. Total scam.
