I have recieved this number for the first time and had them call before. This time i think we all should choose a day and night and call them up harassing them, tying up their phone lines so much it hassles their scams. It is time we fight back since our own government won't do anything about it here to protect us.These people are US Cash Adavance, they buy paper information from anyone they can, which means our own companies that have some of our own private information is sold to them so these big corporate companies can make an extra buck. Then trying to push a successful scam they try to get us for low ball amount below 500 dollars mostly. Most people pay them not knowing the truth and they profit from them.  I spoke with the FBI and they stated there is nothing they can do. Truth is in my opinion the reason they can do nothing is because they don't want too. I am tired of dealing with them and i am going to get someones attention somehow to protect all of us from mroe of this harassment one way or another.

I just called and asked for Kevin Black who is Indian. The person who answer the phone was Scott Snider. I asked him what the name of the law firm, Where they are located. He asked me why. I told him I wanted to know if they were a real law firm and he ***g up on me. I called back and got someone else and that person ***g up on me.

They have been calling me for two weeks now.. They are a total scam.  I told them they are fraudulent and do not call me anymore or I am going to report them to the police.  They continue to call saying the sheriff is going to come and get me.  I can't believe they are still calling me.

I just received a call from this number on my cell phone.  They had my social and told me that they would be showing up at my work...very scary call...I saved the voice mail message.

Hello, I have also received these calls, but also from one in California. This has been reported to be a scam, and possible ID theft. I live in Texas and have reported this to the police. There is an investigation going on as I type about this matter. As for the one in Florida, his name was Richard Clark and he has called me five times while I was in school. These numbers would pop up as private calls or 475-979-11 on my cell. I was afraid that I have done so****ing wrong that I was not aware of but once I looked up the number and saw that I was not the only one going through this I felt instant relief. I hope that they catch the people responsible for this and lock them up for a very long time. These phone calls are incredibly annoying!!!! These people need to find so****ing better to do with their time!

I too keep getting calls from this number and others.  It is a law firm trying to tell me that I owe money from a payday loan.  The names are always American names but they barely speak English.  They are all Indian.  I told them last time I wanted his full name and location so that I can sue them for harassment.  They ***g up.This time I told them that I was recording the call and that I was letting them know that i) payday loans are illegal in GA, 2) I do not have or have ever had a payday loan.  I wanted their full name and location so that I can call their local police department.  This time it was Amanda Jones and she got very angry at me and said that I would see them in court.  She gave a very old address of mine and I told her that that was not my address.  They keep calling me at work.  She said she wanted my name and full address.  I told her she already has it and she ***g up. It's all a scam.

My husband and I keep getting calls from this freak who can barely speak english wanting me to confirm my identifying information.  What is worse he actually had our mailing address and our banking information.  I contacted the bank and informed them of what was happening.  I am calling the phone company a***n to report these calls.  I wish there was a way to track this freak down.
