Recorded message offering to lower the interest rate on my credit card, warning I had very little time left to take advantage of their offer. I was to press 1 to speak to a rep and 3 to opt out. I have attempted to opt out in the past . I am on the DO NOT CALL list. Previously called with same automated message from 503-563-0072 and reported them to DONOTCALL.GOV.

Calls all the time. Always a recording. When you try to call them back, the call won't go thru. I am on a don't call list, but they call anyway. Have tried turning them in, but they just keep calling.

These people call at any time, Sunday, Holiday's and Evenings. I am on a do not all list, somehow they get away with it. The message is always the same: this is Rachael from Card holder services, there is no problem with you credit card account but call this number to lower you Interest rate on your credit card. There is no way that you can call them back & tell them to be removed from their list, they just keep calling.
