The same thing happened to me, they called everyday for more than 3 weeks. They actually quoted my SSN, said I owed  1700 dollars  had a supeona for me and if I would give them my credit # they would settle for 600.00, They actually showed up at my home and demanded the money. They were in a plain white van without windows except in the front, There were 2 of them, from Middle eastern descent. I told them I was calling the police, and they said "sorry" and sped off. I am still recieving calls from them today. My attourney called them today and they told him to shut up, then they ***g up him, He repeatedly tried back and they ***g up each time. I am sure they are preying on the elderly and anyone else they can scam. This has to stop. These people need to be in jail.

They called and left me a voicemail saying that my email address name and social security number were under federal investigation. When I called back, I said look, the federal government doesn't care about the 750 spam messages in my indox. He said I was being rude and they were going to go ahead and press charges on me. They were suing me for $7,667 but if I paid them $300 today, I would be ok. When I asked them what it was for, they said a payday supposedly electonically transferred into my checking account. When I told them I didnt even have a checking account, he said that was fine, I could lie to him all I wanted but the sherriff would be at my place of employment on Monday to pick me up. He said when I was in jail I would remember if I have an account or not.. I tried to call from my cell phone and they told me they were Debt Resolution Center. I tried to call from my friends phone and they said they were American loan. My husband called and they said they were an attorney's office. Guess they should only have one scheme to try to get money from people. SCAM!!!

It's a scam..

They said a law suit will be filed a***nst me on a payday loan from US Cash Advance. Never had a loan from them

American names but foren accents.......called about my social security number is under investigation..must call at once.do not ignore .they also are calling family members giving them the same info and to contact me at once. The add if I do not call at once they can not help what falls upon me..THEY HAVE MY LAST 4 SOCIAL............

I received a call at my work and they told my boss it was an emergency that they needed to get ahold of me and called my home and and left messages saying the same thing.  They said they were with some Attorneys office.  Crazy
