oh yea the return call phone by 4pm to solve the matter & ummmmmmmmmmmmmm they calling after a supposed summons to court NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Funny got a call from "Freddie" saying my husband had a court date tomorrow on 8-25-10 & I had to 4pm to return the call.......ummmmmmmmmm called Freddie was in mid converstaion when I told him I had NOT signed anything for my husband nor did I know what he was talking about.  He put me on hold then had some idiot come back on line to say Freddie said he would call you tomorrow!  Ok, so****ing is wrong w/this pix Freddie discussing with my my husands business NOT........I called back to be told Freddie gone for the day so much for that.  Called back ask to connect to Freddie's voice mail only to find someone says this is Robert.....I called back I said look is Freddie really Robert of is there a Freddie she actually said yes that is Freddie.  Oh my & what I said on that voice mail may get me in serious trouble ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm can't eat me!  I called back to her & said look tell Freddie & Robert do NOT call me tomorrow!

unknown male called my phone on an early sa****ay morning asking me questions and demanding information. i politly ***g up the phone after he began to get rude. he continued to call my phone back to back. after reading comments left by previous complainers i now know what he is calling for. i went to court for CITI FInancial like 2 months ago and told them that i wasnt working and he tried to put me on a payment plan. i receive no unemployment or any****istance from any one. how can i pay them if i can not even take care of myself???????. you will get it when i get it. so stop calling my phone

They are an Attorney/Collection Agency. Someone at extension 214 named Barry left a message on my home phone voice mail stating the message was for my ex roommate's full name, and then spouted everything about the collection account they were filling in civil court a***nst him on behalf of Citi Financial. When I called (from my cell phone) them to tell them that some ******* called my home phone and left personal information that is possibly illegal to share with other individuals and that the person had moved out on us over 4 months ago, the collection guy named Barry proceeded to laugh at me and try and strong arm me for information regarding his whereabouts and new phone number. When I told him call 411 he got nasty with me and then ***g up after I threw it back in his face that I didn't care about the matter anyway since it's not my concern. He then called me on my cell phone several times even though I told him do not contact me and cease and desist. A bunch of leeches if you ask me.
