Got a call today from a Barabara who is from a law firm I could not understand the law firms name. She left a message on my answering ma****e stating she has a check about to be cancelled and need to call her at 305-909-8602.

I got a call last week from this con. stating I had won 1.5 million and to send them 1500.00 for a retainer fee. She gave me a check number and a phone # to call Bank of America to authenticate it. This dude was in on the scam also of course. Somebody please prosecute this monster and throw her in jail ....for ever!!!!

THIS IS A SCAM....After speaking with Jessica, i said i need to contact someone to check on the company before i give money to activate a dot card, i seached the company on line. The person calling is using Jessica McMaken's name and she is not Jessica and does NOT work for Kingcade and Garcia Law Frim the law firms real number is 305-285-9100. I did find an attorney by Jessica McMaken on line so i called her number. She is trying to get authorites involved for the fake Jessica using her name but there is nothing they will do until someone who has been scamed turns the fake company in. I call the law firms number and spoke to Jessica not the 305-909-8602 number. Then i tried to called the fake Jessica back an they have blocked my number.

I am the real Jessica and the person calling from this phone number is imperonating me. I am a lawyer and neither myself nor Kingcade & Garcia, P.A. have anything to to with this scheme or would ever ask anyone to send us money. If you receive a call from this phone number this is fraud and they are trying to steal your money. I received a call from a 77 year old lady in Atlanta who fell for this con-artists scheme and they took $5000 from her.

Jessica left a message to call (Kingcade? & Garcia law firm) at this number. I called back today and she told me she has a check for $950,000 that is about to be cancelled because I have not responded to a bunch of mail/letter notices. I asked what address she sent the info to and she couldn't tell me because it was confidential. I'll call Jessica tomorrow at the phone number on the website she is listed on. This has SCAM all over it....

yea, they said that they are a law firm, and i have a check for 950,000 that is about to be cancelled because i have not responded to a bunch of mail/letter notices. they actually called my grandmothers house looking for me, i have never lived there or used her number as refference to anything.

I got a call saying if I buy a green dot money card for 950.00 they will award me 950,000.00....don't think so.......
