Jim Well i got this phone message when I got home from work on Monday the 6th of October. They left a recorded message to call this number and said It was a legal matter. These same people called me least week on 10/3/2014 and a live person would not tell me who she was, just that she wanted to record my conversation with her and tell me I had a law suit being levied on me. I hung up and blocked their number to my cell and now they are calling my house. I am going to speak with my local DA and see how they can help.

A call from 3072748505 was received on my son's cell phone and my mother's residence for me threatening to serve me with court papers at my place of employment as well as my residence. I have not returned their call because I do not know who they are, why they are calling, and who they are representing.

They ask u to take a survey and in return will give u a free cruise. The catch is that they ask for your credit card number to pay for the port fees. It has to be a scam; they wouldn't even send a voucher for the cruise.

why do they have do not call list they never go after anyone. They should incorporate caller Id to do not call list so they can track these people and control them.
