Thomas My sister is been receiving messages on her phone the same thing as many of your forum members , that clerk of court is pursuing this and to call this number , I hope we can get these idiots my sister almost had a cow when she got these calls , it's so unfortunate that technology has allowed such idiots to pursue Money to unsuspected people . They ask u to take a survey and in return will give u a free cruise. The catch is that they ask for your credit card number to pay for the port fees. It has to be a scam; they wouldn't even send a voucher for the cruise.

Bryan I get this call at least once per week.  It is an prescription drug telemarketer boiler room and they are CLUELESS.  They always ask for Gary ....I just **** up on them now since asking to be removed from their list does nothing.
