David is committing criminal charges a***nst the spouse of Kenneth Carl Davis; paid for BY Kenneth himself - or Kenneths’ “ lady friend…a 41 year old NP who is divorced and works at 2 healthcare facilities in Silvis, IL. Her NAME is Katie Gene KASPER/ or she also goes by Katie Gene Hendron. She has even used her DEA status as a NP to get a drug to administer to kenneths’ wife so they could go through his Wife’s thing’s on the night of 5/16/2021 around 1:30am. She has been paying people to interact with kenneths’ spouse to do jobs that The Real technical people are supposed to be doing - but she’s paid those employees to ALLOW who SHE WANTS to get the job done INSTEAD. She’s a CRIMINAL.
