Chuck They call several times a day but never leave a message. Area code 309 serves the west-central portion of Illinois. Caller ID Reads > NOT IN USE!!! So it truly is an UNKNOWN CALLER.

Was selling an item on craigslist and was contacted by this number and was going through process to find out through PayPal that this person was a scammer. Sent me faulty confirmation emails. I forwarded emails to PayPal and was verified that the emails were not rendered through PayPal. No money was ever put into my account for the item for sale.
