They told me I need health insurance and asked for my card info

They called me during the time I was to have a pre-scheduled appointment with Social Security in Galesburg. They took relevant information and what did my bank routing number and told me how much I would receive each month from Social Security. When I tried to call back, they said there was no such number

Said I had a possible 599.00 charge to my account and needed verification. I ***g up and called the real PayPal. It was indeed a scam.
