Nora Roberts This is a scammer! They take all your medicare information and personal information. They tell you that it's Lab Care LLC in Dallas TX with their MPI # which is a legitimate company but the phone numbers they give you are bogus. I don't know what they plan on using my information for but PLEASE do NOT give them anything. Now I need to call medicare and report this. I am extremely upset and should not have to be going through this at my age.
