Got a call late at night. Caller was on the line for about 1 minute and would not answer. Then they ***g up. I did a reverse lookup and wow Its verizon.
Automated call selling Verizon FiOS. Gave a toll-freenumber for signing up, but this number (long distance)to get on their "Do not call" list. Seems fair to me!Pitch sounded professionally produced, so maybe itis Verizon instead of a reseller.Personally, given the experience of people I know whohave Verizon's DSL service, I have zero interest inFiOS until I can buy it through a reseller who knowswhat customer service really is, e.g., Speakeasy.
