These people call me nonstop at work and school!!! When I call back, no one answers. Does anyone know how I can block them??

Keep getting a call from this number and they never leave a message.  Tonight, they called and when they asked for my husband, I told them that he wasn't here and she said ok, bye and ***g up before I could ask who was calling.  Anyone have any idea who this is?  It is annoying to keep getting up to answer calls that need to be screened since they aren't familiar.
