they told me the same thing, telling me that i better call them asap or have my attorney call them that i owe all this money

Oh my god!!! I got calls from them alll day long.. so finally today.. I called them back probably 50x.. they didn't like that one bit.. I wrote down everything the guy said to me.. He said.. "are you dumb? can't speak? quit calling! Do you want to receive calls 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week? you're gonna call & harass us.. we're gonna call & harass you ((which they already have!!)) your mom, your dad, he listed like everyone in my family.. they are gonna get calls all day long unless you stop.. I didn't stop I kept calling.. finally he said so****ing that made me mad.. I just went off.. told him "did you like that? did you like me calling you 50x in day? THAT WHAT YOU DO TO ME!! F-in PIECE OF SH-T!" ***g up. then 5 seconds later i get a call.. saying "911" on caller ID.. so i picked it up.. noone said anything! I said "oh wow you are soo cool! You can c****e your phone number to make it look like 911 is calling me!! WOW you got me to pick up my phone!" ***g up.. they called 3 more times.. I picked up & said "you wanna play this game? I can play too!" So I continued to call a couple more times.. then the guy says "I know all of your information.. I know where your husband works.. blah blah blah.." I mean he listed it all!! I was kind of shocked! So then I said "you think thats gonna scare me?? JUST QUIT CALLING ME! PIECE OF S**T!!!!"   and after that so far.. I haven't received a call since. LOL... ridiculous!!!

This number keeps harassing me about a loan in 2010 but i dont get a date and its all indian people who dont speak alot of english...what should i do?? They say they are from the Investigative reports...yeah freaking right.

I got a call today from a man with an accent. He left a message for me to call ASAP or he feel sorry for me and I should call or my attorney. He did not say what the call was for, He did say he was from US Legal Investigation Department. Left the phone number 3104056216.

bogus company saying they are with attorneys office in california saying i have a lawsuit being filed a***nst me. BS!

I keep getting these as well.First of all if you did take a loan and have no intentions of paying they cant arrest you. Its an unsecured loan, like a credit card. They can sue I guess but cant take you to jail.I just answer the call, they rarely leave a message and when they do I cant understand him. He doesnt leave a call back number so how can I call him back. He threatens me with jail. Good luck with that. I am friends with a HPD and he said I dont have a warrent so I can get arrested.

Got the same call, on my cell and at work, they are persistant little guys. They keep c****ing phone numbers and names just can't seem to disquise their accent though.. **** tuff cause they won't go away

This Indian guy who calls himself Jack (but has left messages with different aliases) has been calling me incessantly for over two weeks.  I finally picked up my phone and asked who he was...."I am Jack with the US Federal Investigative...whatever" "can i have your name please?"  I said no, I need to know what this call is regarding, to which he replied "mam, we are investigating you for fraud and you could be served with papers tomorrow morning.  tell me your name."  I said thats interesting that he needs my name to give me more information when he is telling me I am being investigated and will be served tomorrow. I'll give "Jack" credit for being persistent and never getting out of character, but when he called me back for the 6th time in a row when I kept refusing to give him my information, I told him I was sear****g his phone number on the internet as we spoke and all sorts of fraud and scam reports came up."Jack" replied: "Thank you bye."I now have the phone number blocked

I recieved a call today at my work phone from this number, saying they will see me in court in california.   So i took out this loan that doesnt exist now i have to go to californa from pittsburgh.   pretty sure this is a scam bc the guy called me a c**k ****er once i told him to never call me a***n

i called the number back and the guy i talked to said that it was a federal investigation company and that tomorrow i was going to be receiving court papers. he said i received an online payday loan and i never paid it back. which makes no sense because i havent received any payday loans. so i guess ill just wait and see

It was a debt collector.
