A man with an Indian accent said I was being charged with fraud, a criminal offense because I owed a cash advance online company 5,000 for a loan I never got approved for and I rec'd NO money from any electronic deposit into my account, I did at one time fill out the online application, but never followed through on it, thought I canceled & deleted all information, This man never identified himself but had some of my personal information, this # was on my caller ID, I told him I can get copies from my bank stating no monies from this so called firm was ever received, then he got very rude, told me I'd best hire a lawyer as I would receive a summons soon. I know this can't be for real but how can I prove I am a victim myself? Going to make a complaint with the federal fraud commission & possibly the FBI to s**** with.

EastIndian male, sd that i owed him money and he called me a liar and a thief,,, stated that I did owe these so called funds. Informed him that we could go to court, he then became antsy and said, just to call him back. This is the Third Time that this has happened, i have c****ed my number and they are calling me at my place of employment. I did in turn calll the company that he said, he was affliated with,CASH NET USA and GOBAL (DDS), I called and they informed me they have no record of me in their system Or of providing me any type of cash adavance service.

Received numerous calls today on my cellphone from this place. Poor english s****s, phony phone call transfers and the inability to form coherent sentences - asked for the information of the company and was ***g up on  times and each time they called back and called me names for ****ing up on them. Yeah, a real attorney's office would do so****ing like that.  ****** *******s - at least try calling people who aren't educated.

Had enough of these harassing calls about fake law suits...They want a law suit...they'll get one from the state of texas!

Heather Runyan Oh my god!!! I got calls from them alll day long.. so finally today.. I called them back probably 50x.. they didn't like that one bit.. I wrote down everything the guy said to me.. He said.. "are you dumb? can't speak? quit calling! Do you want to receive calls 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week? you're gonna call & harass us.. we're gonna call & harass you ((which they already have!!)) your mom, your dad, he listed like everyone in my family.. they are gonna get calls all day long unless you stop.. I didn't stop I kept calling.. finally he said so****ing that made me mad.. I just went off.. told him "did you like that? did you like me calling you 50x in day? THAT WHAT YOU DO TO ME!! F-in PIECE OF SH-T!" ***g up. then 5 seconds later i get a call.. saying "911" on caller ID.. so i picked it up.. noone said anything! I said "oh wow you are soo cool! You can c****e your phone number to make it look like 911 is calling me!! WOW you got me to pick up my phone!" ***g up.. they called 3 more times.. I picked up & said "you wanna play this game? I can play too!" So I continued to call a couple more times.. then the guy says "I know all of your information.. I know where your husband works.. blah blah blah.." I mean he listed it all!! I was kind of shocked! So then I said "you think thats gonna scare me?? JUST QUIT CALLING ME! PIECE OF S**T!!!!"   and after that so far.. I haven't received a call since. LOL... ridiculous!!!

Jenny L I keep getting these as well.First of all if you did take a loan and have no intentions of paying they cant arrest you. Its an unsecured loan, like a credit card. They can sue I guess but cant take you to jail.I just answer the call, they rarely leave a message and when they do I cant understand him. He doesnt leave a call back number so how can I call him back. He threatens me with jail. Good luck with that. I am friends with a HPD and he said I dont have a warrent so I can get arrested.

This Indian guy who calls himself Jack (but has left messages with different aliases) has been calling me incessantly for over two weeks.  I finally picked up my phone and asked who he was...."I am Jack with the US Federal Investigative...whatever" "can i have your name please?"  I said no, I need to know what this call is regarding, to which he replied "mam, we are investigating you for fraud and you could be served with papers tomorrow morning.  tell me your name."  I said thats interesting that he needs my name to give me more information when he is telling me I am being investigated and will be served tomorrow. I'll give "Jack" credit for being persistent and never getting out of character, but when he called me back for the 6th time in a row when I kept refusing to give him my information, I told him I was sear****g his phone number on the internet as we spoke and all sorts of fraud and scam reports came up."Jack" replied: "Thank you bye."I now have the phone number blocked

I have been hounded by this number for weeks now.  They claim I have a lawsuit a***nst me concerning a payday loan that is in default.  When I tell them I am talking to my attorney or that I do not have a lawsuit, then they threaten me with fraud charges or they **** up.

sammantha i called the number back and the guy i talked to said that it was a federal investigation company and that tomorrow i was going to be receiving court papers. he said i received an online payday loan and i never paid it back. which makes no sense because i havent received any payday loans. so i guess ill just wait and see

On March 8, they called me at my work number (didn't write down her name, but she had a VERY THICK Indian accent) and stated that I needed to call them back and that I MUST NOT disregard the phone call.  She also went on to say that if I or my lawyer didn't call them back, then I will have to deal with the consequences that are coming to me and all they can do is wish me luck.  Really?  What a bunch of bull.

TC I received a call at home, work & cell phone. Woman said she was Shelly Medina and to call back. Indif & was told it was a law office nd a suit was being filed a***nst me on 3 counts. It was from Cash Advance Bank for a payday loan I supposedly didn't pay back. I called him out by saying I knew he was scamming me and ihe s****ed shouting & ***g up. I received a call from a different # on Sa****ay from Toronto for the same thing.

SJ147 I received a call, at my place of employment, on March 7th, from an Indian woman who identified herself as "Tisha Williams".  She stated that she was calling from "Customer Affairs & Business Regulations" and stated that a lawsuit had been filed a***nst my social security number and asked if I would hold the line for an Officer.  I asked her for a phone number to call her back. When I called back 10 minutes later, an Indian woman answered the phone and when I asked for Tisha Williams, she stated that Tisha had left for the courthouse and she asked me for the phone number that was dialed to reach me.  When I gave her the phone number, she identified me by name and stated that I had been charged with (3) counts of fraud, iden***y theft and check cashing and asked me to have my lawyer call her back as a suit was being filed a***nst my social security number.  When I asked her who had filed the suit a***nst me and for how much, she stated that it was for a cash advance loan of $300 in December of 2010, which I never took out.  She wouldn't give me the name of the lender and began to threaten me and when I asked where she was calling from, she yelled and said that I needed to contact the courts in Los Angeles and ***g up in my face.

Calling me and telling me, me and my attorney and if I know whats good for me?  Pretty scarry to hear messages like that.  I have no idea who this is.

a middle eastern man left me a threatening message stating that i better not ignore their message, they accused me of committing fraud, i will have to pay their attorney fee of $5000, they will report this to my employer, these people are stressing **** out of ordinary people.

I received a very nasty and threatening voicemail at my place of employment from someone at this number. I am not sure what company they are from or what it's regarding. I will be contacting my local police department to report them for harassment.

A stranger named, Samuel called me from The Legal Affidavit Department statingthat charges were filed a***nst me including Check Fraud and want to sent peopleover my house tomorrow! They were also talking about Wells Fargo Bank too! I'vehad iden***y theft protection when I've had a bank account with them which prot-ected me a***nst Counterfeit Cashier's Checks and more. Wells Fargo Bank's Iden***y Theft Protection said I'm not in big trouble, cause recover some of that m-oney when the Large Cashier's Check which I've found was Counterfeit after depo-siting it into my account! So I don't owe Wells Fargo Bank anything according tothem! So what The Legal Affidavit Department is saying is false! They also lefta nasty voicemail message too when I was at home! I have a job now!
