Credit Card offer to lower interest rates. Numbers are disconnected. They are a SCAM. Scam is to get the Zip Code first and then say that they need to verify that one account is in good standing with a balance of $4k or more. The then ask for the card number and / or the expiration date. Finally they ask for the card number. Most of the time they will ask for the last four numbers of your Social Security number. Then they put you on hold and check the card using the phone number on the back of the card. I wasted about 15 minutes of their time giving a card that had been replaced. Gave fake zip code and etc. Waste their time if you like however don't give them a real working card number. It seems as though they wear many hats, all finance linked and rude too if you play them at their own game. I was told that if you record on paper (telephone #, time, date, the persons name, company name etc) several calls from these #%^#@. Take the details to your Police Station and make a formal complaint, stateing HARRASMENT. Am I right in thinking that if a formal complaint is made the Police have to investigate?

Received a call on my cell phone, I answered, said "hello" 3 times, nobody responded.

I've been complaining to the Feds about this on the DONOTCALL registry. It started with calls from Washington state now they're coming from California. They just changed their number same Robo call about lowering credit card rates. If I wanted to do that I could call my credit card company myself. However you look at it it's harassment.

They called me today and didn't leave a message. After reading the comments I'm glad I didn't answer. Now it's on my spam list

___Received call from 310-599-9201 today regarding reducing my credit card from 11% to 0%. Thought I would play their stupid scam mind game for approx 20 minuets on phone...After initial person passed me to the Female @igger @itch closer; this office is located on Compton & Alamada Ave in ghetto LA._____I played the @itch for approx 20 minuets indicating I had 16K in credit card debt at 21% interest.___This Female closer / looser stated all I needed to do was give her $950.00 on one of my credit cards & I would receive 0% interest on all my credit cards in 45 days; yea right.____As I played her she became more excited & thought she scored a big Mackerel sized Tuna._____Well long story short I stated to this closer she was a no good Mother @uck@@@ @igger @itch who had just been scammed herself.___Line went dead on her phone at one point and Female closer called me back from area code 602; this type of scams use phone controllers that pick area codes from around the US but this company is out of LA.___Watch your back folks.___________

They called my cell phone. I pressed 1 "to lower my interest rate" so I could find out who it was. It took 12 rings for them to pick up. When the guy did and started to ask me about my interest rates, I explained that I am on a DO Not Call list and I am not interested. He then said, "You talk too much. Just listen to me." Seriously?!?! I said, "Do not call ever again!" and hung up. I really hope that they record those calls so that idiot gets fired.

Receive calls from 310-599-9201 five or six times a day. Caller ID says only "GARDENA CA". When I pick up, nobody responds. There is noise in the background, like many people talking. If the answering machine picks up, they leave no message. Why do they call if nobody will respond when I answer?
