They call but do not talk

They called saying the were from US Customs and that they had a package from Mexico for me.

Not sure if this is legitimate or not, the guy told me his name is Terry and I can’t find anything for that. He’s claiming to be leasing an apartment but is really rushing the process and using sketchy platforms (Craigslist, some random form filler)

My cat was stolen; a few days later, this number s****ed taunting me via text about how they had my cat and laughing at me. They still currently have my cat. I wanted to make a police report but I figured I’d see what I could find first. This number is all I have.

Pretended this was their real cell phone number. This is probably a google voice number or so****ing.

Doc Calls my business phone, no answer but I hear someone on the line, still no response, then they **** up on me. I suspect this is a Robo spam call and they did not have an available spam telemarketer available to respond to me. Number blocked.
