310-779-8783 was a computer Robo call to solicit applying for a 0% card, but Spam Guru show the number registered to a person in Florida not California

This guy called and knew my name and claimed to be "Gene". I do not know this person. I'm not sure why they called me. I don't know who they are nor do I recognize their voice.

This Russian lady and her family in CA are good people we just got off on the wrong foot at my Russian wife and myself and said bad things to each other and now I get no forgiveness or talking to me at all as well as my wife in Russia from them and my wife was deported back to Russia after 18 months of marriage 1 year ago and I have been trying to have my wife come back on a spousal Visa but these people I believe are preventing her from coming back.
