It turns out this really was Kaiser. I called the number and followed along with the automated voice. It was basically a call to tell me about the updated features on the my Kaiser website.

Automated voice saying they were from Kaiser Permanente. Asked me to confirm my name, which they knew. Told me to go to yourkp.org, which is not the KP domain. Very su****ious, probably a phishing scam.

Said Kaiser permanente with a computerized woman's voice. They said to call back at ta different number: 1855-610-9360. The same sounding recorded woman's voice answered asking for the phone number to verify the personal information. I think its definitely a scam. Kaiser always asks for the medical record number and they have a distinctive real persons' voice on their messages, and they are bound by strict anonymity policies, finally, they could contact with my email if they wanted. So so so obviously fishy.

The message said it was Kaiser Permanente. But it seemed very ***ue. . . not sure if it was really them.
