No  I did not opt into this!!  I gave them my number, so the dealer could contact me, not some research company.  They,the dealer, gave my number out without my permission!

Tell me a***n why this is bad?Take the survey. Let them improve service.You gave them the number, you opted into all of this. Thanks.

Same thing, many calls - no messages.  Also recently had my Hyundai serviced by the dealer.

I recently took my car in for a repair and they are wanting you to take a survey to determine how you felt about your recent dealings with Hyundai.  It is annoying seems like they should just mail out the survey.  I also received calls from the same number when i bought my hyundai, i never answer eventually they quit calling.

same thing Hyundai comes up on caller id but they **** up.

I recently traded in and purchased another Hyundai and have received calls from this number as well.  I don't answer.  If this is a Hyundai survey and they want you to call back, why aren't they using a toll free number?

I use Hyundai as well and gave the number when doing car service.  All Hyundai users please threaten every customer service agent whenever they ask for our numbers and when we schedule service appointments in future.  Tell them how irresponsibly they are using the information.  Spreading a general threat and scare with all Hyundai service idiots may cause them to be careful in future.

It's a Hyundai Market research number.

I'm getting calls once a day from the number too.  When I answer, the person calling ****s up.  I also took my car in to a Hyundai dealership for work.

I recently took my Hynudai car in for repairs as well. That must be the source of it.

I get at least 1-2 calls per day! This s****ed a few weeks ago and now it won't stop, even on the weekend!
