Called me at least 4-5 times a day. I kept telling this guy, Jack Smith, that I did not want a loan from their so called company...Cash Advance USA. I was scammed by them in New York...area code 585. They kept telling me I had to send them funds on a Green Dot Money Pak. I never got the loan and I lost $1200.00. I should have known better. My husband is about to divorce me over this! Be careful...if they want money from you for a loan...they are definitely a SCAMMER!!!

Calls and leaves no message

this is a Options/Commodities trading service .., Once these butheads get your number, they never let up. You can ask, demand, threaten them but still they persist.  When I see their # on my call screen, I just don't answer. At least they aren't using a s****ing service. They should spend more time working for their clients instead of cold calling. Bunch of ****heads.

I had about 10 to 15 calls from this number,   at a time I ask his name and he told me Mark I ask his family name he said it so fast that I made him repeat it but he closed the line on me.   These calls came in from June 24 to Nov. when I c****e my phone number.He always ask me to speak to Michel or he said in english its Michael , but I wonder since I know a Michael.I also talk to David and made a complaint he said he would look into it but maybe he had nothing to do with that number because nothing was done.

Got call from 312-235-2572 on Oct 21, 2010  I had no idea where area code 312 was so I didn't answer

I am on the no call list. Can I sue this company?

Just got another call!  No message.  I tried calling it back and got a recorded message that said the call "This call is being recorded for quality****urance purposes" at which point I ***g up.  Sounded like the standard "call center" message to me.
