Sylvia I received a call offered me money all I had to do was go to walgreens or cvs the has a very heavy accent he also gave me a confirmation number but he says it really fast. I think the sane guy called me stating the government was giving me money. Has anyone collected

I have been getting at least 3 calls a day for the last 5 days from this number, I let it ring and they **** up after 2 and a half rings, why even bother calling if you don't let it ring until you get a message? I accidentally answered it yes****ay and heard a woman say "Hello?" however I immediately ***g up because I figured if it was important or wasn't a scam of some kind they would have left a message the first time instead of harassing my phone everyday. They have seriously called 3 times already today and it's only 1pm, like I said they **** up after only a few rings. ****** operation.
