This company has been calling me for a couple of years now about a debt charged off fifteen years ago. They have threatened me with law suits and criminal fraud. I have been telling them for the last few years that I am disabled and not able to work, not to mention that I do not have any****ets. The calls once bothered me until I did the research, creditors must take you to court within the satute of limitations, here that is four years. If they do file a***nst you, show up and cite the satute and date to have the case dismissed. Where they get you is if you dont respond a judge can go in their favor.

THESE PEOPLE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME ONE STORY ABOUT A COMPANY FILING A CIVIL LAWSUIT A***NST ME OVER THE BALANCE DUE ON A VOLUNTARY REPOSSESION FROM 7 YEARS AGO. I CALLED THE COMPANY DIRECTLY AND THEY SAID I DID NOT OWE THEM ANYTHING AND THEY DID NOT HAVE A LAWSUIT A***NST ME. THEY DID NOT KNOW WHO "INTERNATIONAL JUDGEMENT SERVICES" WERE! THEN WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK THEY C****ED THE STORY AND THEN TOLD ME IS WAS OVER SO****ING ELSE!THEY ARE FULL OF S---T!!!!!! THIS IS FOR CERTAIN SOME SORT OF SCAM! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!
