Anonymous this phone number was given for a Carolynne Godhard who said he sells real estate leads, but its a scam, there are no leads for the company estate synergy or estate depot.

I smell a scam Caution!!! Call came from my area code claiming to be encouraging me to return to Directv and use their new streaming service. They wanted to send me a link to verify. I asked to call them back and they gave me (888) 451-8761. I have looked up numbers and none are linked to directv.

Unknown what they wanted

Claim I was about to receive a summons if I did not pay the amount due on a 10 year old debt, which is past limitation years to recover a debt already settled.

Says they are a debt collector

invastate I too have been receiving mesages from a danielle brooks looking for someone on facebook.I called the number it is a debt collector from texas .I told the person to stop calling me i didnt owe them nothing and it wasnt me they was looking for .she kinda got rude with me .. so ,i sent her a message back..DateDear Debt Collector:Pursuant to my rights under federal debt collection laws, I am requesting that you cease and desist communication with me.(, as well as my family and friends, in relation to this and all other alleged debts you claim I owe.)<

This company has been calling me for a couple of years now about a debt charged off fifteen years ago. They have threatened me with law suits and criminal fraud. I have been telling them for the last few years that I am disabled and not able to work, not to mention that I do not have any****ets. The calls once bothered me until I did the research, creditors must take you to court within the satute of limitations, here that is four years. If they do file a***nst you, show up and cite the satute and date to have the case dismissed. Where they get you is if you dont respond a judge can go in their favor.

I have received several calls on my answering ma****e (s****ing in mid 2008) from this man saying he is special investigator James Arcadie and then the SAME guy saying he is special investigator Mackenzie Johnson.  Tries to sound very intimidating.  Says there is a civil complaint a***nst me in my county.   Must call him or I will be taken to court.I've called my county court and they said the case number does not even match the numbering system they use for cases.  It's a scam.  Also calls from 312-265-5123

I got a call on my home phone, the caller indicating that she was trying to contact a of whom person I've never heard. Caller states that there's a civil lawsuit in Dallas County that the person is listed as a respondent. Very VERY threatening tone of voice. Speaks very quickly .. had to replay the message several times to get all the information she spouted off. A waste of my time!The caller then called my home office line. Since I recognized the number to be the same as the one placed to my home phone only 2 minutes prior, I answered. When I answered with my company name, the caller quickly stated "oh, wrong number" and VERY quickly ***g up. Probably to try to reach another unsuspecting victim!

The number that called my phone was 312-265-4649, but when I called them back, I was given the other number 265-5061. and the only payment ****od they'll accept is with check,moneygram, or western union

Called at 7:30 pm, said that about a year and a half ago, I entered a contest to win a Lincoln Navigator and she needed some information so they could process my win.  I mentioined that I never recall entering any such contest and what information were they wanting.  My next question was going to be - who do you represent, but they ***g up when I asked the first quesion.  Sound like phishing to me.
