Called at 3 am. When I called back, is a computer and says the number or code I've dialed is incorrect.

Received a call from 312.376.8052 A woman (who did not identify herself) claimed to be calling from a "car protection direct company." She knew which vehicle I owe and the year when it was bought. When I asked her to email or mail me some information, she claimed that her supervisor would have to do that. She claimed that callers like herself only "qualify" the vehicles (whatever that means). When I asked her to provide me with a call back number, she said to use the one that came up on my caller id. When I asked for the regular toll free customer service number, she tried to make her way out of responding to the question. When I restated the question, she ***g up.
