Anonymous This guy was chatting me up told me he was visiting his brother in Ga. This is a landline so I’m su****ious this could be a scam. He approached me about crypto.

Investigator Jones Said he was intending to serve me with papers. Said he was "Investigator Jones" from McLean County. That number is a land line out of Cook County.

Garbled but repeated calls. No one has this work phone number so definitely not personal.

Is this legit or a scammer? I dont even have a bill from the gas company but they're trying to say I do.

Scam. Poor quality VM. Roba voice claiming to take action if don't return call. Claiming to be IRS. ONLINE Mr Number reports its a foreign call room. .

DJG Received a call from this phone number at 7:45 PM Thursday December 10, 2015 to the sound of a live line with someone on the other side for about 10 seconds and then the person on the other end ***g up. After which, waiting a couple seconds, I did as well.

Called and rang once before they ***g up. :/

When I called back, got message number no longer in service.

Called three times today, no message left. When I called the number back, an automated message stated: "You have been contacted for marketing research or a sales call". My guess is this is a political campaign call. I am on the do not call registry. I guess next time they call, I will file a complaint with the FTC. I may even vote for the other candidate since this candidate doesn't want to follow the law enacted by congress, the Do-Not-Call Improvement Act of 2007. I'll post back here once I find out who it is.

They called a few times a day, but I didn't reconized the number so I figured it wasn't for me. Until I picked up the phone because they keeped calling and calling. They said they were calling for the Post Tribune and that they were sending out newspapers to eveyone in my neighborhood and if my address was ********x!! They are crazy!! Is what I said! then he clicked on me! I think It's crazy! I wonder what do they really want?
