This number is part of a hackers group that is hacking Facebook accounts impersonating your friends and then trying to scam you into buying and sending them gift cards. They have set up websites, profiles, and I can only****ume lots of other believable links to scam people into thinking they are a Government Agency with a grant program. They are using textnow for their phone numbers so they are hard to trace. Be careful.
