He is on a rig in Australia says he lives in Chicago keep begging for money I sent him $1,000 now he's begging for money for water and airline tickets take it back to the United States

This person sent me a text advising I won a 38k grant and had to pay nothing. He asked for my driver's license and social security number. I asked for his Federal badge as this was allegedly a Federal program. HE DID SEND ME HIS EXPIRED ID. Robert B Cooper is the name from MN. PLEASE LOOK UP SCAMMING SCAMMERS ACTION ON FB OR EMAIL THEM AT SCAMMING SCAMMERS AT GMAIL.COM FOR ANY HELP. THESE SCAMMERS ARE RUNNING RAMPANT!! BEWARE
