This is not a mobile number, rather a VoIP number. It is one of the worst scammers in the country. Best not to answer this call at all.

Another site just informed me that this caller is "Daily Promos" and so a marketer. BEWARE!

5:35 p.m. CST incoming call, no response after three "Hello?'s a recording said "Goodbye" and disconnected the call.
