They called a***n and this time I'm going to let them have it.

They called me too. I went to www.bbb.org/eastern-michigan/business-reviews/collection-agencies/united-fraud-protection-group-in-detroit-mi-90022064#reasonrating. This is a scam according The Better Business Bureau. They've been investigated and are not accredited and the company could not be found.

I have been receiving threatening calls from this number for a couple weeks now. They claim that I have been named in a civil action that is now going to court and that there is a "restraining order" involved! The last message said to forward their bogus 313 number to my attorney. It was rather bizarre since this number they gave never had anyone to answer the calls! I studied law enough to know that if there is this level of action pending a***nst a person there would have to be some kind of paper trail - certified letters, being served legal complaints, etc. I hope no one falls for whatever scam they are pulling and it is horrible to think of all the people who might be worried sick by these messages.

Recorded call to my cellphone stating a law suite has been filed a***nst me and that I should contact a lawyer and call back within 24 hours to respond. The Name that they ask for is my name from a previous marriage which was disolved over 10 years ago. Why would thye be calling my cellphone and how did they get the number because when I was married I didn't have this name or number? I think they are scammers.
